Job Description
We’re seeking a skilled AutoCAD Drafter to join our Castle Rock team. While we’re flexible on your background, recent and advanced AutoCAD experience is essential. If you can make AutoCAD “sing,” we’ll teach you the rest.
Key Responsibilities
Produce detailed construction drawings using AutoCAD
Visualize and translate concepts into buildable designs
Collaborate with the Drafting Manager for workload management and the Branch Manager for people/office related management
Apply drafting concepts, practices, and procedures to support project goals

Skills and Requirements Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of professional drafting experience
Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD is required
Experience with Revit and/or 3D AutoCAD is a plus, but not required
Strong construction/mechanical aptitude and ability to visualize
