Collections Specialist

LHH is seeking a Collections Specialist to join our client in Charlotte on a contract basis. This position has the possibility to go permanent and will be hybrid after training in office for 2 weeks. Candidates must be local to the Charlotte area. Responsibilities: B2B Collections on past-due accounts Resolving payment issues with customers Sending invoices and statements to customers Additional duties as needed Qualifications: At least two years of experience within business-to-business collections Professional and pleasant communication skills Experience with ERP system is helpful Schedule & Compensation: Hybrid after training; 3 days onsite, 2 days work from home
