Location: 100% onsite – Desert Ridge

Schedule: 7 am–5:30 pm or 9 am–5:30 pm, Monday–Friday – 8‑hour shift.

Job Type: Contract, based in Phoenix, AZ.

Job Description The Global Support Team Representative will answer incoming tickets via e‑mail regarding the status of equipment returns, create RMAs, return shipping labels, and close cases for all global customers (India and Brazil).

Qualifications

Excellent written communication skills.

Strong customer service skills.

Experience navigating multiple systems concurrently.

Experience creating RMAs and shipping/return labels is a plus.

Pay & Benefits Pay range: $19.00–$20.00 per hour.
