Description
The Digital Media/Marketing Activation Coordinator partners with the Director of Marketing to drive brand awareness, digital visibility, and sales for Lakeshore Beverage and its suppliers. The role manages digital marketing, website content, and e-commerce strategies to engage consumers and retailers, while also coordinating marketing resources and executing seamless brand activations with internal teams and agencies.
Role and Responsibilities
Digital Media
Define digital strategy aligned with company goals and compliance guidelines
Create and manage a consistent content calendar across all social channels
Monitor and respond to messages and engagement
Develop and execute email marketing campaigns (consumer, retailer, internal)
Implement e-commerce strategies and digital campaigns to boost visibility
Analyze web, email, and social metrics to optimize performance
Track emerging platforms to keep marketing efforts innovative
Manage digital budget to maximize ROI
Maintain accurate and updated website content (LSB & Hand Family Companies)
Graphic Design
Oversee third-party designers and collaborate with sign shop for campaigns
Design creative assets for social media, email, blog, and events
Activation Planning & Promotion
Plan and manage brand activations with internal teams and agencies
Coordinate with sales to schedule and execute activations smoothly
Attend key events and create content for social and blog
Availability for evenings and weekends as needed
Marketing Asset Coordination
Support management of marketing materials (event tickets, POS, promos, signage) to drive brand initiatives
SAFETY
Ensure all sales activities, deliveries, and merchandising are conducted safely and in accordance with company safety policies.
Follow proper procedures for lifting, handling products, and operating vehicles to prevent injuries.
Promote a culture of safety among retail staff and team members
Qualifications
Must be at least 21 years of age
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred
2–4 years of experience in digital marketing, social media, or brand activations
Industry experience in beverage (beer, wine, spirits) or wholesale distribution is preferred
Experience in event management and organizing special events preferred
Technical Skills
Social media & Analytics: Platforms e.g. Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok their Insights, ROI tracking
Content Creation: Adobe/Canva, Visual design
Digital Tools: Email platforms, CMS (WordPress), Mailchimp, Klaviyo
Core Competencies & Soft Skills
Copywriting: Engaging, Consistent voice
Project Management: Organized, Cross-functional coordination
Team Leadership: Activation staff management
Strategic Thinking: Data-driven, Adaptive planning
