Real Estate Operations Coordinator in Winston‑Salem, NC!
Pay rate: Up to $ 42.25/hr (dependent on experience)
Shift availability: Mon – Fri, 8a-5p ET
Supports day-to-day operations of Corporate Real Estate and Workplace through data management, project coordination and administrative support.

Real Estate Operations Coordinator
must have/must be able to:
This role will assist various teams within Corporate Real Estate including Lease Administration and Business Execution
Responsibilities will include data entry in Corporate Real Estate database including keep‑up‑to‑date records and tracking tools like Excel
Will assist with document organization and coordinate administrative project deliverables
Will track timelines and tasks
Conduct phone and email outreach to business contacts and municipal offices
Support documentation validation and ensure complete and accurate property information
Education/Certification Requirements:
Bachelors degree preferred
Experience requirements for this
Real Estate Operations Coordinator:
Must have experience with property compliance including permit filing and working with municipalities
Proficient with Excel, PowerPoint, and Data entry
Costar Real Estate Manager experience preferred
Ability to meet strict deadlines
Excellent communication skills

Pay Details:
$42.25 per hour
