Job Summary

We are seeking

Distribution Associates

to join a rapidly growing and stable team. In this role, you will play a key part in processing and auditing customer orders, packing products for shipment, and ensuring all quality standards are met to support timely and accurate deliveries.

Key Responsibilities

Process and audit customer orders efficiently and accurately

Inspect products to ensure they meet customer specifications

Pack products securely to prevent damage during shipping

Ship completed orders to designated customer locations

Sort and count parts to maintain inventory accuracy

Collect and compact cardboard and packaging materials

Maintain a clean and organized workspace

Required Skills

Experience with inventory management

Proficiency in order picking and packing

Knowledge of production, warehouse, and shipping processes

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Prior experience working in a warehouse or distribution environment preferred

Experience with picking, packing, shipping, receiving, counting, and labeling

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Milan, IL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
