Service Specialists recruiting agency is partnering with a well‑established, highly respected law firm is seeking a Legal Assistant to support its Real Estate department. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced, detail‑oriented environment and enjoys being involved in all phases of real estate transactions, from intake to post‑closing. What You’ll Do
Support attorneys with commercial and residential real estate transactions Coordinate and manage closings, documentation, and timelines Communicate with clients, lenders, realtors, title companies, and other stakeholders Prepare and review: Title commitments and updates, Surveys and legal descriptions Track transactions for reporting (including 1099s) Assist with post‑closing processes, filings, and documentation Open new matters and support billing/time entry as needed Provide general administrative and operational support to the legal team What We’re Looking For
5+ years of experience in a legal setting (real estate or transactional required) Experience with title work, closings, or trust accounts required Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities Comfortable working with financials, documentation, and client communication Proficiency in Microsoft Office; legal/billing systems experience is a plus For purposes of confidentiality, you can apply by emailing sfields@servicespecialistltd.com.
