We are looking for a part time
Marketing Intern
(Year‑Round) to join our Marketing team in our Evansville, Indiana location! This is a year long internship.
The
Marketing Intern
will support the marketing team with day‑to‑day activities including content creation, updating marketing materials, preparing event materials, and organizing marketing assets. This role provides hands‑on experience in B2B marketing within an industrial environment.
The intern will help capture stories and highlights from across the business and assist the marketing team in developing content for social media and marketing materials. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys writing, organizing projects, and helping bring ideas to life through marketing content.
Key Responsibilities Content & Storytelling
Help identify and capture stories, highlights, and project successes across the business.
Assist with taking photos and short videos that can be used for social media and marketing content.
Support the marketing team in drafting and organizing content for campaigns and posts.
Marketing Materials & Brand Support
Assist with updating marketing templates, presentations, and documents to ensure consistent branding and current information.
Help organize and maintain marketing files, templates, and assets.
Sales Support Materials
Assist the marketing team in updating company overview presentations, product one‑pagers, and other sales materials.
Help gather information from team members needed to update marketing collateral.
Events & Trade Shows
Support preparation of marketing materials for trade shows and events.
Help organize and track event materials and supplies.
Employee Store
Assist with managing the online employee store, including updating products, coordinating with vendors, and tracking merchandise.
Marketing Workspace Organization
Help organize and maintain the marketing team's workspace and materials, including supporting ongoing 5S efforts.
Preferred Qualifications
Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Graphic Design, Journalism, or a related field.
Interest in content creation, social media, branding, or communications.
Comfortable using a smartphone or camera to capture photos and short videos.
Basic experience with tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar platforms is helpful but not required.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Familiarity with LinkedIn or professional social media platforms preferred.
Experience with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
Interest in industrial, manufacturing, or B2B environments.
Ability to be onsite 20 hours per week.
