Product Marketing Manager DACH/Global | MarTech/Data Analytics/BI SaaS | €75k-85

Nobel Recruitment, New Bremen, OH, United States

(This is a Germany-based remote role. Fluent English is required; German is strongly preferred for localization/partner work, but not mandatory.)

Your Future Employer: This purpose-driven analytics platform is trusted by 150,000+ organisations — from Porsche, LEGO, and NASA to agile marketing agencies. Known for its strong stance on privacy, GDPR compliance, and data ownership, it offers both SaaS cloud and on-premise deployment.

Germany is one of the company’s most mature markets (c. €5–6M ARR), historically driven by product-led growth. As the business expands its sales-led motion (outbound), Germany remains a priority market alongside France and the US, with increasing focus on mid-market and enterprise segments.

Your Role as Product Marketing Manager: This is a hands‑on, execution‑focused Product Marketing role. You will connect Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success by translating product capabilities into clear, differentiated, and commercially relevant messaging.

You will be expected to define positioning and messaging — and also produce the core assets yourself (not just coordinate others).

Key responsibilities include:

Build a strong understanding of Matomo’s products, use cases, and roadmap

Translate product features into clear, compelling messaging across marketing, sales, and partner channels

Ensure consistency and clarity of product communication across all touchpoints

Define and maintain product positioning and messaging frameworks

Articulate clear USPs for different ICPs and use cases

Build and maintain competitive intelligence (analysis, comparisons, battlecards, objection handling)

Ensure differentiation is consistently reflected in customer‑facing materials

ICP understanding & sales enablement

Develop a strong understanding of ICPs, segments, and buyer needs

Create practical, high‑quality enablement materials, including: battlecards, one‑pagers, pitch decks, use case narratives, objection‑handling resources

Support go‑to‑market readiness for launches and campaigns

Translating product into business value

Frame messaging around customer outcomes and commercial value ("why it matters")

Adapt narratives for technical and non‑technical audiences

Enable Sales, Customer Success, and partners to communicate value effectively

Cross‑functional collaboration

Work closely with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing teams

Gather feedback from customer‑facing teams and continuously refine messaging

Who You Are Experience:

4–6+ years in Product Marketing, Go‑to‑Market, or Sales Enablement in B2B SaaS

Proven track record of

personally creating : messaging frameworks, positioning documents, battlecards, sales decks, one‑pagers, competitor comparisons

Experience defining positioning, USPs, and differentiation

Comfortable working with technical or complex products

Way of working
