As we continue scaling into Q2 2026, were building a pipeline of high-energy individuals who want to be part of something bigger than themselves. The Marketing Representative / Canvasser is the front line of that growth - the first impression of our brand and the engine that drives our sales team.
We specialize in helping homeowners navigate roofing solutions through insurance claims and retail projects, but what we really do is create opportunity - for our customers and our people.
Location: Boise, ID Position Title: Marketing Representative / Canvasser Schedule: Field-Based | Full-Time (Afternoon & Evening Hours) Compensation: Hourly Base + Tiered Performance Bonus Expected Earnings: $40,000 $105,000+ annually (based on performance)

What Youll Do
Canvass assigned neighborhoods and generate homeowner interest door-to-door
Introduce Bartlett Roofing and build quick rapport with homeowners
Identify potential roofing needs and educate on inspection opportunities
Set qualified appointments for the sales teams
Accurately log all activity and appointments in company CRM tools
Represent the brand professionally in the field at all times
Work independently while maintaining strong communication with your team

Experienced canvassers: $18$19/hr
Tiered Sit Bonus (Only Performance Incentive):
$30 / $40 / $50 per completed sit
Prior Experience
Door-to-door sales (solar, pest control, alarms, roofing)
SDR / BDR / inside or outside sales
Retail, customer service, hospitality
Construction, project management, or trades
Real estate, mortgage, or insurance
