Customer Service Representative/Inside Salesperson
Job Summary
Seeking a dedicated and professional Customer Service Representative/Inside Salesperson to join a team. This role is ideal for a motivated individual with a passion for providing exceptional customer service and sales support. The ideal candidate will have experience in the independent agency environment, with a preference for bilingual candidates and those holding a Property & Casualty (P&C) license.
Compensation Package
Base Salary: $50,000 - $60,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
Assist with inside sales activities, including generating leads, following up with potential clients, and closing sales.
Support the agency's operations by managing client accounts and maintaining accurate records in the agency management system (Hawksoft AMS or similar).
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their insurance needs are met effectively.
Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the agency.
Qualifications/Requirements
Bilingual proficiency (English and Spanish) is highly preferred but not mandatory.
Property & Casualty (P&C) license is preferred but not required for the right candidate.
Prior experience in an independent insurance agency is highly desirable.
Familiarity with agency management systems (Hawksoft AMS experience is a plus, but not required).
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and team members.
Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently in an onsite environment.
Commitment to a full‑time, onsite schedule with flexibility for remote work on Wednesdays.
