Strong ability to manage and coordinate calendars and schedules. Experience in delivering exceptional customer service within a call center environment. Ability to analyze and solve problems effectively in high-pressure situations. Familiarity with navigating multiple computer systems and applications. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Highly organized with attention to detail in managing appointments and correspondence. Prior experience in a customer service role is preferred.
