Here, you have that opportunity and that is why we want you to join us as the next Customer Service Representative. In this important role, the CSR is the point person for our customer and will coordinate, create work orders, invoice, and resolve issues. These tasks include: Coordinate customer service activities such as, process freight work orders, schedule loads, invoicing, and handling any other customer requests Generate bills of lading and any other related paperwork for work orders Check all orders for special requests and post inventory records Assist, coordinate and conduct physical and cycle counts Reconcile inventories to book records and adjust when necessary Coordinate special, last minute shipping requests with the warehouse and other departments Ensure proper invoicing of account activity Partner with operations to solve any customer inventory discrepancies Two year's Customer Service experience in warehousing or similar type industries Proficient with Microsoft based applications, specifically Excel SAP / ERP based software experience preferred Excellent organization, time management, scheduling and attention to detail skills At least one-year experience processing orders, transactions and or requests
