We are looking for experienced, dedicated, and dependable caregivers who enjoy working with the elderly and are committed to help improve their quality of life. Driving is a preferred and bilingual is also helpful. Russian speakers are needed Mandarin speakers are needed Spanish speakers are needed Vietnamese speakers are needed We have cases all over Orange County California! Personal attendant benefits include: Holiday pay Benefits Paid sick leave 401k Verizon wireless discount Referral bonus Flexible hours and schedule Equal opportunity employer Personal attendant duties include: Assistance with daily living (ADL's), bathing, dressing, toileting, transferring, assisting with walking/ambulation, cooking, meal preparation, light housekeeping, companionship, medication reminders, errands, drive and/or accompany to appointments, etc. Shifts we have and pay: 4 hours-$19 to $23 8 hours-$18 to $19 12 hours-$18 to $19 since after 9 hours we pay overtime Personal attendant qualifications include: Homecare aide certification (HCA) - This is a CA state requirement which involves registering as a personal attendant and providing Livescan fingerprints for an FBI background check - Salus can help you with this process if you are not currently certified. TB test - Must be within 90 days of start Must be able to legally work within the USA Physical capability to perform all job functions Safe driving record and valid auto insurance if you will be driving with clients Ability to speak, write, and read English is a requirement Salus Homecare is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
