Service Porter/Valet
The Service Porter/Valet will welcome customers and ensure a smooth transition to a Service Advisor by confirming appointments and obtaining basic information about the reason for the customer's visit. In addition, he or she will move customer vehicles in and around the lot and service areas, ensure vehicles are kept in a clean and damage free manner, and help with cleaning and custodial duties in the shop and lot areas. Must have a clean driving record. Key Responsibilities
Greet Customers: Warmly welcome guests to the service drive, often immediately upon arrival. Direct Traffic: Manage the flow of vehicles in the service lane to prevent bottlenecks. Initial Check-In: Identify the customer's purpose for the visit and connect them with the appropriate service advisor. Vehicle Organization: Assist with moving and parking customer vehicles. Customer Experience: Ensure guests are aware of dealership amenities (waiting lounge, coffee, shuttle service).
