Sales And Sponsorship Administrator
Employee Status: Regular Full Time Work From Home Option: Hybrid - 2 Days/Week (40% Remote) FLSA Status: Non-Exempt Job Overview: The Sales & Sponsorship Administrator provides administrative, financial, and operational support to NYRA's Sales and Sponsorship departments. This role supports revenue-generating initiatives across NYRA properties by assisting with contract administration, billing, accounts payable coordination, purchasing, reporting, and analysis. Essential Functions: Provide administrative support to the Sales and Sponsorship departments, including contract processing, billing documentation, invoice tracking, and departmental record maintenance Assist both Sales and Sponsorship Departments with administrative tasks (contracts, billing, accounts payable, analysis, etc.) Support Sales and Sponsorship leadership with day-to-day administrative needs and special projects Prepare invoices and supporting documentation for submission to the Accounting Department Assist with tracking sales and sponsorship financials, including budgets, forecasts, and variance reporting Maintain internal databases and systems related to sales contracts, sponsorship agreements, and invoice status Coordinate purchasing, requisitions, and vendor documentation as needed Assist with preparation of reports, analysis, and departmental recaps Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications: Administrative experience required; experience supporting sales, sponsorship, or revenue-focused teams preferred Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Summary of Physical Requirements and Work Environment: This role is primarily sedentary and performed in an office or office-like environment with no special physical demands required. The position involves extended periods of sitting with intermittent standing and walking, as well as occasional bending, reaching, and other routine movements typical of a professional workplace. The role requires regular hand manipulation, including daily typing and repetitive hand movements while working on a computer. Occasional light lifting (generally up to 10 lbs., and infrequently up to 30 lbs.) may be required. The work environment does not typically expose the employee to hazardous conditions. There is minimal exposure to environmental hazards such as moving mechanical parts, fumes, extreme weather, or high-risk work areas.
