Customer Support Representative

with strong phone skills

and a willingness to learn about the performance aftermarket industry. Being an auto, motorcycle, or boating enthusiast is helpful for this position.

Our

Customer Support Representatives

are critical in building and maintaining relationships with our customers. Successful candidates will have strong interpersonal skills, respond well under pressure, and will possess sharp attention to detail. Experience in sales and automotive knowledge a plus!

Responsibilities include: Provide exceptional service to customers via phone and email Answering multiple inbound calls according to company policy Problem solve and offer timely solutions to customers Greet occasional on-site visitors Occasional order entry Payment processing Outbound calls to dealers regarding order status (no cold calling) This position is involved with many areas of the company and heavily supports the sales and marketing teams.

Qualifications of a successful candidate Excellent phone skills that support a high call volume Excellent communications skills, particularly the ability to listen to, understand and explain technical information Computer experience required, specifically Microsoft Office - willingness to learn new software systems Enthusiasm for a team and customer-centered environment Ambitious, strong work ethic, open to new ideas and change Self- starter with strong problem-solving skills Good organizational skills Team leadership skills Ability to lift marketing literature weighing up to 25 lbs. Bilingual in Spanish to English is a plus Experience handling a repetitive workload Attendance and punctuality are crucial for this role
