The FRM Director is responsible for the execution of the reimbursement strategy with the goal of ensuring optimal access with specific products. This role is responsible for leading and managing activities of Access & Reimbursement Managers within a regional footprint. The FRM Director will be responsible for leading the team towards the achievement of established client goals, meeting regional metrics/service level requirements, and ensuring all goals are met compliantly and in a fiscally responsible manner.

Essential Job Functions

Hire, motivate and coach field reimbursement team to meet goals and objectives through influencing compliant behavior.
Lead field reimbursement team to ensure goals are met to support product access within targeted accounts.
Work with the reimbursement team on a consistent basis, evaluating coaching and directing local business plans/presentations.
Develop plans that effectively translate regional strategy.
Work with Leadership to define and establish appropriate behaviors and actions that will lead to high levels of client satisfaction.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required, advanced degree preferred
Minimum three years of experience as a manager/first line leader with demonstrated leadership and ability to motivate, coach, lead and execute strategy
Minimum five years of experience in public or private third party access arena or pharmaceutical industry in sales or managed care supporting a specialty product
Endocrinology experience preferred
Working knowledge of Field Based Reimbursement, Managed Markets, and access/patient services

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $175,000-180,000. The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high of the Syneos Health range for this position. About This Role

Axsome Therapeutics is seeking a Product Manager/Sr. Product Manager, HCP Marketing for Symbravo. The Product Manager/Sr. Product Manager, HCP Marketing will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategy and tactics for Symbravo, a new therapy in the treatment of acute migraine. The HCP Marketer will help to develop and execute HCP marketing initiatives in line with brand strategies and objectives. Job Responsibilities and Duties

Contribute to the development of the marketing plans for Symbravo and champion the plan through engagement with internal and external partners

Position Summary:

The Field Reimbursement Manager (FRM) is responsible for supporting the patient access process for our gastroenterology business. The FRM will leverage his/her account management, data analytics, and reimbursement expertise and demonstrated experience to support and facilitate timely access to Ardelyx's products! This role involves supporting products by executing the collaborative territory strategic plan, understanding the patient access process, and navigating patient support programs. Qualifications:

B.A/B.S. degree with 6 - 9 years of experience in field reimbursement, patient services, market access, or related functions within the pharmaceutical/biotech industry or equivalent experience
3 - 5 years of experience as a field reimbursement manager within public or private field reimbursement or access services, healthcare operations, and/or equivalent experience
Extensive knowledge of medication access channels preferred
Strong functional knowledge of specialty pharmacy and health insurance and benefits (i.e. Medicare Part D, commercial and Medicaid) with a demonstrated expert understanding of insurance eligibility, benefit verification, prior authorization processes, reimbursement coverage, appealing insurance denials, application of financial assistance, co-pay support and free product programs

Ardelyx utilizes industry data to ensure that our compensation is competitive and aligned with our industry peers. Actual base pay will be determined based on a variety of factors, including years of relevant experience, training, qualifications, and internal equity. The compensation package may also include an annual bonus target and equity awards, subject to eligibility and other requirements.

Ardelyx also offers a robust benefits package to employees, including a 401(k) plan with generous employer match, 12 weeks of paid parental leave, up to 12 weeks living organ and bone marrow leave, equity incentive plans, health plans (medical, prescription drug, dental, and vision), life insurance and disability, flexible time off, annual Winter Holiday shut down, and at least 11 paid holidays.
