As the Human Resources Specialist, you will:

Directly support UTA’s Human Resources Information System (HRIS), Workday, to ensure data integrity, system security, and operational efficiency.

Assist with the development and implementation of HRIS procedures in compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations.

Perform operational and administrative activities related to onboarding new employees.
Administer background checks and the fingerprinting system.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION/TRAINING:

Two years’ HR related work experience. Work experience in HRIS, ATS or other related software applications. Experience with Workday a plus.
Associate’s degree or related field required.
SHRM or HRCI certification preferred.
