JOB DESCRIPTION
We are seeking a
Full-Time, non-supervisory Executive Protection Specialist
for our Newport Beach, California operations. This role is designated for
experienced, EP professionals
entrusted with the safety of principals, family members, and sensitive environments. The Executive Protection Specialist employs proactive and reactive protective methodologies to mitigate risk across residential, workplace, and travel environments. This position operates with a high degree of autonomy and professional judgment, supporting leadership through operational execution, training support, and coordinated protective planning. The role includes domestic and international travel support (CONUS and OCONUS) and may require leading protective details during principal movements outside primary residences. MANDATORY MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS Minimum of
5 years
private security, executive protection, or equivalent military and/or educational experience. Current

TSA PreCheck and Global Entry PROFESSIONAL REQUIREMENTS Demonstrated mastery of executive protection operations, including: Advance work and route planning Protective intelligence and risk assessments Incident documentation and professional report writing Leading or operating within discreet protective details ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS Proven ability to operate independently in dynamic environments with minimal oversight Strong interpersonal skills with emphasis on discretion, professionalism, and de-escalation Advanced training in defensive tactics CPR/AED/First Aid certification required; advanced field medicine or EMT experience strongly preferred Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to brief leadership on risk and mitigation strategies High level of physical fitness appropriate for protective operations Proficient with Windows, macOS, and Microsoft Office Suite OPERATIONAL EXPECTATIONS Willingness to work variable schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
