You will be the GSC Resiliency Staff for the GSC Resiliency Team. Our team is responsible for developing and implementing a robust and resilient supply chain to support the program's success, including supplier capacity ramps and strategic sourcing activities, as well as cross-program production acceleration efforts. What You Will Be Doing As the GSC Resiliency Staff you will be responsible for ensuring supply chain resilience and driving uniform strategies across the business. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Design and execute resilient supply chain strategies for the PAC-3 Program and MFC-wide initiatives. Manage supplier capacity ramps and strategic sourcing to meet production demands. Coordinate cross-program production acceleration efforts. Implement uniform processes and best practices across multiple programs. Monitor and improve supply chain performance metrics.
