Must Haves

3+ years of recent experience supporting television production, streaming, or master control environments

Hands?on experience supporting broadcast production equipment including video routers, production switchers, audio consoles, graphics and playback systems, studio cameras, encoders, and wireless audio

Experience supporting live television productions in multi?studio or control room environments

Willingness to work evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays based on production schedules

Plusses

Experience supporting virtualization or cloud?based production systems (on?prem or cloud)

Programming or scripting experience (Python, Bash, PowerShell)

Experience with systems monitoring tools such as Datadog, Op5, New Relic, or similar

Ability to provide clear technical feedback and adapt quickly in live production environments

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field, or equivalent work experience

Day?to?Day

Support world cup initiatives

Provide technical support for live and recorded television productions across studios and production control rooms

Support and maintain broadcast production systems, performing troubleshooting and preventative maintenance

Monitor ticketing systems, respond to support requests, and resolve assigned issues

Collaborate with engineering and technical teams on projects, system upgrades, and enhancements

Support virtualization and cloud initiatives for production systems

Monitor system availability and health to ensure high?performance production operations

Create and update configuration documentation, SOPs, and training materials
