Join a passionate studio dedicated to preserving and expanding one of gaming's most beloved franchises. This role offers the opportunity to work alongside an Executive Producer in managing the day‑to‑day production and workflow for multiple projects within a dynamic game development environment. You will serve as a critical bridge between internal and external teams, coordinating efforts across diverse functions and subject‑matter experts. Your contributions will directly impact feature development quality, product publishing initiatives, and strategic partnerships. This position demands someone who thrives in fast‑paced settings, excels at tracking complex work items across concurrent projects, and maintains an unwavering commitment to delivering exceptional gaming experiences for a dedicated fan community.
Job Responsibilities
Identify, communicate, track, and report on individual tasks and work items across multiple projects
Coordinate cross‑functional teams to deliver quality features, content, events, testing, localisation, product extensions, and user engagement initiatives on schedule
Review development schedules and roadmaps, providing informed feedback to optimise project timelines
Collaborate with internal and external teams to identify and remove blockers that impede product development and release goals
Communicate status updates and progress reports on critical work items to key stakeholders on a regular basis
Proactively unblock workflows by leveraging existing solutions or implementing new tools and processes
Organise and lead meetings while tracking and managing follow‑through on necessary outcomes
Utilise project management tools to track work, create dashboards, and visualise project state for easy communication
Produce clear and readable reports tailored to various audiences, from team members to leadership
Provide flexible support and assistance to other producers as project needs evolve
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of project management experience specifically in PC and/or console video game development
At least two shipped games on PC or console with verifiable producer role credit
Hands‑on production experience working on PC and/or console video games is mandatory
Majority of recent professional experience must be as a producer or project manager in the gaming industry
Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in a relevant field
Portfolio or work samples demonstrating previous production work
Strong organisational and collaboration abilities that support documentation and goal achievement
Excellent verbal, written and social communication skills across all organisational levels
Proactive problem‑solving with the ability to identify gaps and product needs independently
Detail‑oriented approach with capability to manage complex work items simultaneously
Proficiency with Azure DevOps, Teams, Microsoft Office and other project management tools
Experience working effectively within distributed teams and providing remote team support
Continuous learning mindset with adaptability to evolving environments and gaming trends
Deep passion for and understanding of gaming and gaming culture
Self‑starter mentality with flexibility to adjust hours based on project demands

Duration: 3 months
Pay Range: $51.50 – $58 per hour
Weekly Schedule: 40 hours
Job Status: Non‑Exempt
