Required Qualifications:

• Experience: 5+ years of music synchronization licensing, 2+ years of people management required (small-team focused ideal)
• Required Skills: Strong sense of organization, time management, prioritization, critical thinking, problem solving, management, interpersonal skills
• Experience in Sports, Entertainment, Film/TV, Live TV, and/or the Music Industry are all a plus
• AirTable experience is a plus
