Dealership Lot Technician Full Time

Pro-MotionPix is hiring a full-time Dealership Lot Technician to support dealership vehicle inventory and photography. While this role is often called an Automotive Photographer, it's much more than just taking pictures. You'll help dealerships maintain clean, accurate, and visually appealing online listings by capturing high-quality photos, 360 interior spins, and walkaround videos using a company-issued iPhone and app.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, staying active, and producing consistent, high-quality work. No prior experience is required we provide paid training to set you up for success.

What You'll Do:

• Travel between assigned dealerships using your own reliable vehicle
• Capture interior and exterior photos, 360 spins, videos, and window labels using our mobile app
• Locate vehicle keys, move vehicles, and stage them for photography
• Apply inventory labels and window stickers as needed
• Communicate with dealership staff about missing or unready vehicles
• Work independently, stay organized, and complete assignments on schedule

What We're Looking For:

• Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license
• Comfortable working outdoors in all seasons
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Self-motivated, dependable, and organized
• Comfortable with technology and willing to learn new systems
• Manual transmission experience is a plus (not required)
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
