We are looking for a hands‑on UX Copywriter to shape content for sophisticated digital banking products and help define how content design operates within the organisation. You will work closely with UX designers, product owners, developers, and senior stakeholders to create clear, user‑focused content for complex financial journeys. While your initial focus will be on corporate banking, you will be part of a broader innovation and experience design team, with the opportunity to influence multiple initiatives as the organisation grows. Key Responsibilities Shape the Content Design Practice Establish and evolve content design processes, standards, and ways of working Define and maintain voice and tone guidelines across products and platforms Introduce and advocate for content‑first design thinking Build templates, patterns, and documentation to ensure consistency at scale Deliver Content for Complex Products Create clear, user‑focused content for end‑to‑end digital banking journeys (onboarding, transactions, servicing) Translate complex financial products and regulatory requirements into simple, understandable language Write content across multiple touchpoints: web, mobile, messaging, notifications Ensure content is scannable, actionable, and context‑aware Collaborate Across the Organisation Partner with UX designers, researchers, product owners, and developers throughout the product lifecycle Work closely with legal and compliance teams to balance clarity with regulatory requirements Present content decisions and rationale to senior stakeholders and leadership Build strong relationships across cross‑functional teams and business units Ensure Quality & Enable Others Review and quality‑assure content to ensure consistency, clarity, and accessibility Mentor designers, marketers, and team members on content design best practices Use user feedback and performance metrics to continuously improve content Requirements (Must Have) 6+ years of experience in UX writing, content design, or similar roles Proven experience in banking or financial services (required) Experience working in large, complex organisations Track record of delivering content for regulated digital products Skills Strong ability to simplify complex information without losing accuracy Solid understanding of UX principles and user journeys Experience with design tools (e.g. Figma) and content management systems Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive writing practices Excellent English (written and spoken) Mindset Comfortable working in ambiguous and evolving environments Strong collaboration skills and ability to influence without authority Confident in presenting and explaining content decisions to stakeholders Curious about content design, UX, and digital experience trends Able to balance strategic thinking with hands‑on execution Discover the Power of IT Excellence.
