What a Typical Workday Looks Like Your role will involve helping plan and develop marketing plans for our products as well as finding creative ways to reflect our strategic vision in-store. This involves: Creating window displays that grab customers’ attention; Showcasing products and setting up inviting displays in-store; Coming up with innovative ideas for promos with your team and showcasing them strategically in-store; Applying our planograms to maximize sales potential; Following best practices for visual presentation; Always providing excellent customer service; Respecting and applying the policies and procedures of the various head office departments (don’t worry, we’ll explain everything to you!); Performing other duties where needed to support the team.
