Our Client, a Global Financial Services Firm, is seeking an RFP Writer in their Boston, MA location.
About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly collaborative professional to support the preparation and coordination of Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and Due Diligence Questionnaires (DDQs). This role plays a critical part in articulating the firms investment philosophy, process, and value proposition across institutional and intermediary channels.
The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys cross-functional collaboration, and can translate complex investment concepts into clear, compelling messaging.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft and coordinate high-quality responses to RFPs and DDQs, ensuring accuracy and alignment with firm positioning
- Manage multiple concurrent projects and deadlines with strong attention to workflow efficiency
- Partner with investment, compliance, and distribution teams to gather, refine, and synthesize content
- Clearly communicate investment philosophy, strategy, and differentiators
- Maintain and enhance standard content language within RFP systems (e.g., Responsive)
- Support process improvement initiatives, workflow automation, and content governance efforts
Required
- Bachelors degree required
- Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience (asset management RFP, client service, or related role preferred)
- Strong writing, editing, and verbal communication skills
- Ability to distill complex investment concepts into concise messaging
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities in a deadline-driven environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with RFP software (e.g., Responsive) strongly preferred
- Familiarity with institutional and intermediary distribution channels is a plus
