The Role and What You'll Do:
Zuffa Boxing, a division of TKO Group Holdings, is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Producer to develop and execute compelling post-produced content across broadcast and digital platforms. This role will be hands-on in crafting fighter-driven storytelling, producing features, and supporting live event execution. The Producer will collaborate closely with post-production staff, technical teams and on-site production staff to deliver high-impact content that enhances the Zuffa Boxing brand.

Content Production
- Produce fighter features, highlight packages and promotional content
- Work directly with post-production staff to shape narrative and pacing
- Write scripts, teases, and voiceover copy
- Coordinate with production assistants, graphics, and music departments
- Support live event execution in remote feed rooms
- Troubleshoot high-pressure issues in real time
- Partner with social, digital, and marketing teams to adapt content across platforms
- Maintain strong communication with internal and external production departments
- 3-7 years of live sports or entertainment production experience
- Strong storytelling instincts with experience producing features and taped segments
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-pressure live environments
- Experience with Avid or similar editing systems
- Excellent writing and editorial judgment
- Willingness to travel and work non-traditional hours
- Background in boxing, MMA, or combat sports
- Familiarity with broadcast production workflows
