is seeking a decisive and transformational Plant Director to lead the turnaround of a high-volume manufacturing facility. Position Summary The Plant Director will be responsible for leading a full operational turnaround, restoring performance across safety, quality, delivery, and cost. This role requires a hands-on leader who can quickly assess gaps, implement structure and accountability, and rebuild a high-performing team in a fast-paced, customer-driven environment. Key Responsibilities Lead all aspects of plant operations including production, maintenance, engineering, quality, and supply chain. Diagnose operational inefficiencies and execute a structured turnaround plan with clear milestones. Establish discipline around daily management, accountability, and performance metrics. Drive immediate improvements in safety, quality, delivery, and cost performance. Stabilize customer relationships. Build, coach, and, when necessary, restructure the leadership team to support performance expectations. Own plant P&L with a strong focus on cost containment, efficiency, and margin recovery.
