Lead day-to-day field operations on QSR, retail, and restaurant projects from mobilization through closeout. Manage multi-state travel to sites in OH, PA, IN, IL, and MI, typically on a ~1x/month cadence with company-paid trips. Coordinate and drive subcontractor performance on fast-track TI and ground-up work between $400K-$10M. Own site safety, quality control, inspections, and detailed daily reporting. Partner closely with Project Managers and leadership to resolve issues early and keep schedules on track. 3+ years as a Superintendent or Traveling Superintendent on commercial projects. Experience in QSR, retail, restaurant, or similar fast-paced TI environments. Enjoys life on the road and confidently manages changing sites, teams, and local requirements. Strong communicator who builds trust with clients, trades, and internal teams. Highly organized, schedule-driven, and committed to safety and build quality. What's On Offer
