U.S. Sales Manager: Semiconductor Manufacturing Equipment (7 Years Minimum) Fabworx is looking for an experienced U.S. Sales Manager: Semiconductor Manufacturing Equipment to grow our semiconductor manufacturing equipment business at key accounts in the United States. This position is based in Austin and will include regular travel to semiconductor fabrication sites across the country. The position will be responsible for owning and managing all sales activity in the United States, both by personally selling to our customers and coordinating and overseeing the sales related efforts of other members of our customer facing team. Fabworx is a dynamic, growing business in a highly complex industry, and the right candidate is someone who knows the semiconductor industry already and has the mechanical knowhow to learn the technical elements of our products and our customers and work directly with fab engineering teams and leadership. Compensation will consist of a base salary plus variable compensation based on sales performance. U.S. Sales Manager: Semiconductor Manufacturing Equipment's Primary Responsibilities: Grow revenue and expand Fabworxs business with key semiconductor fab customers located in the United States Travel regularly to customer fab sites to promote our products and services and build relationships Develop key customer relationships across senior management, middle management, engineering, and technician levels Work alongside our customer engineering team to define and execute sales strategy and achieve key growth objectives Become an expert on our customers needs and requirements and assist with identifying new product development opportunities Prepare and deliver sales and marketing presentations and proposals to prospective customers and at industry events U.S. Sales Manager: Semiconductor Manufacturing Equipment Sales Experience and Traits: 7+ years of successful experience as a semiconductor equipment sales professional Proven track record of expanding business at large customer accounts, with distinct departments that require unique selling processes. Familiarity with the semiconductor fabrication processes and mechanical equipment, particularly CVD, PVD, Diffusion, RTP, and Etch Bachelors or Associates degree Exceptional verbal and written communication skills and attention to detail it is one of your strengths Ability to independently establish and maintain customer relationships up and down an organization Strategic mindset that can connect the companys long-term goals with near-term action An entrepreneurial spirit who wants to be part of building a great company Self-motivated, self-directed, and comfortable working in a less-structured work environment that focuses heavily on internal collaboration Desire to be in a role with long-term growth opportunities in a low-turnover company A conviction that industrial manufacturing should be environmentally conscious and the desire to do your part to help Fabworxs environmental transition We know there are strong candidates who may not meet every requirement listed and who have important skillsets we havent thought of.
