Midmarket Account Manager
In this role, you will drive growth by acquiring and managing midmarket accounts, partnering with clients to understand their business challenges and delivering tailored solutions. You will work closely with senior decision-makers to influence strategy, identify opportunities, and ensure successful outcomes across complex environments. This position requires strong consultative selling skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to navigate multiple stakeholders. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to align resources and execute account plans, contributing to both revenue growth and customer satisfaction. Act as a trusted advisor to midmarket clients, engaging with C-level executives to understand business objectives and challenges Identify, evaluate, and design solutions tailored to clients' needs using in-depth product and service knowledge Develop and implement account strategies and plans to drive revenue growth and customer success Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth post-sale implementation and ongoing support Analyze market trends and client data to anticipate needs and proactively recommend solutions Track and report on key sales metrics, pipeline, and progress toward targets Build strong relationships, earning client confidence through professionalism, reliability, and expertise Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience 5+ years of experience in complex relationship or solution selling Experience with strategic account management, including forecasting and pipeline growth Familiarity with MEDDPICC or other structured sales methodologies preferred Strong consultative and problem-solving skills to develop innovative solutions for clients Excellent verbal and written communication, with the ability to influence multiple stakeholders Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and collaborating with cross-functional teams Demonstrated ability to meet sales targets and manage complex client engagements Benefits:
