Position Overview
You'll own Bobyard's in-person events and field marketing engine across construction and landscaping sourcing the right events, running logistics, securing founder speaking slots, and driving pipeline for Sales. Desired Attributes
Proven experience planning and executing events/conventions at scale
Hands-on with event management platforms
Strong CRM + lead capture experience
Experience tracking event ROI, pipeline, and revenue impact
Comfortable managing vendors, budgets, and on-site execution
