HCM Strategic Partnership Director

We are excited to bring on an experienced HCM Strategic Partnership Director to our Workplace Solutions LincSmart team responsible for supporting Lincoln's key strategic partnerships across various types of technology platforms. In this role, you will design and implement complex strategies & initiatives that support the development and maintenance of mutually beneficial alliances with key human capital management (HCM) systems. You will provide relationship management and subject matter expertise on your partners to support Lincoln's business goals and objectives, including sales growth and retention. Collaborate with internal & external stakeholder to develop and implement strategic plans to support building and maintaining mutually beneficial relationships with key partners to drive account growth & retention Track and provide complex analyses regarding strategic partner activity trends in order support the design and implementation of new initiatives. Review partnerships on ongoing basis for progress and deliverables toward partnership agreement and business objectives; recommends approach changes as needed, including termination of partnership where appropriate Maintain knowledge on current and emerging developments/trends in the InsurTech space, assesses the impact, and collaborates with senior management to incorporate new trends and developments in current and future solutions Organize and facilitate meetings and events with key partners; attend meetings/events as needed to ensure successful engagements; promptly follow up to research questions and resolve issues Translate and relay complex questions & feedback from partners to management and internal teams; facilitate development of solutions & tools to meet partner needs Must-haves: 5 7+ Years of partnership and/or relationship management experience in the insurance industry directly aligned to the specific responsibilities of this role 4 Year/Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (4 years of experience in lieu of Bachelor's) Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate at all levels of the organization Nice-to-haves: Experience and knowledge of third party Human Capital Management (HCM) platforms including Workday and ADP General knowledge of Group Protection products (LTD, STD, FMLA, Life, Accident, Critical Illness, and/or hospital insurance) and group protection processes, systems and/or workflows Experience delivering clear, engaging presentations to brokers, customers, or executive audiences Applications for this position will be accepted through April 17th, 2026, subject to earlier closure due to applicant volume
