Fulfillment Specialist

Key ResponsibilitiesAccurately pick, pack, and process customer orders in line with company standards.Utilize barcode scanners and ERP software to manage inventory and shipping documentation.Print and apply shipping labels; ensure items are packaged securely and appropriately for transit.Record all inventory movements in the ERP system, including fulfillment, restocking, and returns.Proactively identify and report inventory discrepancies, low stock levels, or damaged goods.Receive, inspect, and log incoming shipments of raw materials and finished products.Prepare and palletize large outbound shipments for freight carriers.Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace within the fulfillment area.Collaborate cross-functionally with customer service and production teams to support order processing and manufacturing timelines.Follow established safety guidelines and operational procedures.Adapt to changing priorities and support additional operational functions as needed.Preferred Skills & Qualifications12 years of experience in fulfillment, shipping/receiving, or warehouse operations preferred.Experience with ERP systems and warehouse management software.Familiar with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Outlook, etc.).Strong attention to detail and effective problem-solving abilities.Excellent organizational and communication skills.Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently in a deadline-driven environment.Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs. and standing or walking for extended periods.Comfortable using handheld barcode scanners, label printers, and pallet jacks.High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.Working ConditionsBased in a warehouse environment that is temperature controlled for human occupancy.Exposure to seasonal temperature fluctuations.Frequent lifting, bending, reaching, and prolonged periods of standing or walking.Occasional use of ladders or equipment to access elevated storage areas.Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) may be required based on specific tasks. recblid 20t7eus9jk4v11wt36zh5sgmwqz4v8
