Senior Collections Specialist – Full Time
We are seeking a
Senior Collections Specialist
to support a high‑volume AR and billing environment during peak workload and ongoing projects. This role is ideal for an experienced collections professional with
international collections exposure
who thrives in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven setting.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead domestic and
international collections
efforts to ensure timely payment and reduce outstanding balances
Manage complex, higher‑value accounts and resolve escalated collections issues
Perform billing and accounts receivable processing, including backlog cleanup and invoice review
Partner with AR, billing, and onboarding teams to ensure accuracy and process compliance
Contribute to cleanup initiatives and continuous improvement of receivables workflows
Qualifications:
5+ years of collections and/or AR experience required
Hands‑on experience with international collections required
Strong communication skills with a professional, solutions‑driven approach
Comfortable working in a high‑volume, deadline‑driven environment
Solid Excel experience required
Ability to work independently while collaborating with a cross‑functional team
Schedule & Work Environment:
Hybrid schedule with multiple in‑office days per week
Overtime may be available during busy periods
