What You'll Do
As a Customer Service Representative, you play a key role in delivering an outstanding customer experience. In this role, you will: Answer incoming calls professionally and courteously, identifying customer needs and gathering accurate information Enter and manage customer details in our point-of-sale system Schedule appointments for auto and flat glass services to help drive sales Assist auto glass customers by asking thoughtful, open-ended questions to gather complete vehicle details Respond promptly to email inquiries to secure new opportunities Process customer payments for completed work
What It Takes to Succeed Deliver exceptional customer service with every interaction Build trust by identifying customer needs and recommending the best solutions Maintain strong attention to detail while managing multiple tasks Communicate clearly and professionally, both on the phone and in writing
Qualifications 1+ year of customer service experience preferred Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (must be insurable to drive a company vehicle) Strong organizational and time management skills Excellent phone and computer skills Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
Compensation & Growth Pay range:
$18.00 - $22.00/hour , based on experience Ongoing training and development opportunities A supportive team environment where your contributions are valued
