Sales Account Manager Location: Dallas, TX Pay: $80,000 - $99,999 base salary Bonus: Quarterly sales incentive plan tied to new sales revenue generated Position Type: Direct Hire Schedule: Monday – Friday Work Setting: Onsite A-Line Staffing is hiring a Sales Account Manager for a direct hire opportunity in Dallas, Texas . This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated sales professional with pharmaceutical or medical sales experience to join a mission-driven organization focused on improving access and affordability in healthcare. This role is best suited for someone with a strong background in B2B sales , experience working with hospital pharmacy and procurement teams , and a proven ability to build strategic relationships and drive revenue growth. Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned hospital and health system accounts Develop and execute strategic account plans with defined sales and growth goals Build strong relationships with Pharmacy Directors, procurement teams, and key decision-makers Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through contract execution Conduct sales meetings through both in-person and virtual engagement Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities by analyzing client needs and market trends Collaborate with internal departments including operations, marketing, compliance, finance, and product teams Maintain accurate CRM records and performance reporting Present product offerings effectively and stay informed on industry trends and developments Represent the organization at customer-facing meetings, conferences, and industry events Travel up to 30% as needed Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, business, or a related field required Minimum 3 years of B2B pharmaceutical, medical, or 503B sales experience required Experience working with hospital systems or formulary decision-makers strongly preferred Strong presentation, negotiation, and communication skills Analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel and CRM platforms such as Salesforce Self-motivated and able to build and maintain strategic client relationships Proven ability to drive new business growth and manage complex accounts Why Apply?
