to oversee an 18-property retail portfolio across California and Texas. This person will work directly with ownership, managing tenants, CAM's, vendor relationships, and capital projects.
This is a hands on property management role
with little administrative support. This person will have a large influence on all property level decisions. Most tenants are national brands, not mom and pop.
