Account Manager
The Account Manager supports the implementation and ongoing administration of new and existing groups while ensuring accurate plan configuration and operational consistency across internal systems. This role works closely with the Director of Operations to assist with plan development, product configuration, system validation, and enrollment oversight. The Account Manager collaborates with Sales, Client Services, and internal departments to support the successful onboarding, renewal, and ongoing account servicing of groups throughout the lifecycle of each product and program. Responsibilities Manage the onboarding and implementation process for all new groups, coordinating internally to ensure accurate setup of plans, eligibility rules, and program structures Oversee the creation, updating, and distribution of onboarding packets to group members through internal teams or external vendors Conduct 60 to 90 day follow ups for newly implemented groups and work with internal teams to address any issues identified during the implementation period Collaborate with the Sales team to support prospective and existing broker relationships Manage the renewal process for existing groups, including renewal calls and coordination of plan updates, product changes, and program modifications Assist with program builds, plan configuration, and product setup within internal administrative systems Perform weekly system validations to track plan setup and enrollment activity for new groups and monitor enrollment rollovers for renewing groups to ensure accurate member transitions Maintain accurate broker and client information within internal systems and support quality checks to ensure plan designs and product structures are implemented correctly Assist the Client Services Manager with product reviews, team training sessions, and internal education related to program updates and product changes Support the development and maintenance of marketing materials for new and existing programs Work with the Director of Operations on operational initiatives, process improvements, and departmental priorities Attend weekly department meetings and collaborate with leadership and cross functional teams to support operational goals Provide feedback and recommendations to improve workflows, system processes, and operational efficiency Perform other duties as assigned by the Director of Operations Requirements Intermediate computer skills, strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel) Previous insurance industry experience or TPA experience preferred Analytical and problem-solving skills Decision-making skills Strong interpersonal and communication skills Can-do attitude and ability to think outside the box High attention to detail Excellent time management skills Excellent telephone etiquette Self-motivated and able to thrive in a results-driven environment Pay Details: The base compensation range for this position is $45,000 - $55,000. This range reflects Acrisure's good faith estimate at the time of this posting. Placement within the range will be based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to skills, experience, qualifications, location, and internal equity.
