Job Description
Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Account Manager to support and grow our RIA white-label platform. This individual will work closely with leadership to manage advisor relationships, coordinate onboarding, and ensure smooth operational delivery. This is a high-growth role with a clear path to leadership.
Key Responsibilities
RIA Relationship Support
Serve as a key point of contact for RIA partners
Maintain strong communication and ensure a high-quality experience
Onboarding Coordination
Coordinate onboarding of RIA firms and clients
Track progress and ensure deadlines are met
Operations Coordination
Work with bill pay and accounting teams
Monitor workload and flag capacity constraints
Sales Support
Assist with proposals, pricing, and contracts
Join sales calls over time
Process Improvement
Identify inefficiencies and improve workflows
Leverage technology and AI tools
Qualifications
36 years of experience in account management, operations, or client success
Experience in wealth management, RIA, or fintech preferred
Strong organizational and communication skills

The ideal candidate will be able to appropriately identify the needs of both new and current customers in order to aid customers in their success using our product. This will be done by developing an appropriate level of communication with clients and internal team members to better understand and mitigate any issues the customers may face.
Responsibilities
Work cross functionally within the company to communicate with all stakeholders in customers' success
Create and maintain relationships with customers to better understand and achieve their needs
Make visits to our customers to identify opportunities for growth within our platform
Manage all reporting about the health of customers' accounts
Qualifications
Previous account management experience
Articulate and well accustomed to a client facing role
Willingness and ability to travel

Compensation and Additional Information
Base salary range: $75,000 $95,000 with a significant bonus opportunity. Plumb is an equal opportunity employer.
