
Mortgage Servicing Customer Service Representative

Mortgage Servicing Customer Service Representative LHH Recruitment is working with a mortgage servicing company in East Phoenix. This organization is in search of a customer service and client services representative to join their team. This role is Monday-Friday 7am-4pm, fully onsite. The hourly rate is up to $23/hr.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently, and experience working in a fast-paced title or mortgage environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Set up new clients and establish new mortgage accounts accurately and efficiently
Communicate with borrowers and title companies via phone and email
Provide timely and professional responses to customer inquiries regarding loan servicing
Review and verify documentation to ensure accurate account setup
Maintain detailed and accurate records in the servicing system
Coordinate with internal departments to resolve account discrepancies
Ensure compliance with company policies and mortgage servicing regulations
Assist with processing incoming documentation and correspondence
Provide exceptional customer service while maintaining confidentiality
Qualifications:
Previous customer service experience required; mortgage servicing or title experience preferred.
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to handle a high volume of phone and email communication
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
