The Role
As an Account Manager, you are the direct contact point to our clients and the voice of iwoca. You manage your own portfolio of new and existing clients and support entrepreneurs independently during our credit process and the entire credit term. You place the highest value on customer service and enable our clients to make the optimal use of our products through your communication. A fundamental building block for our success is to convince and inspire our clients and partners of our mission - ranging from hairdressers to dentists and from financial advisors to bank employees. Your Tasks:
You accompany new clients through the steps for a successful contract conclusion and exceed their expectations by addressing individual concerns and finding the optimal use of our product together with clients. You ensure that our clients are quickly informed about their individual possibilities and our product developments. You are responsible for your own portfolio of existing and new clients. You build strong, long-term relationships with your clients and help them achieve their business goals with iwoca. You have a good understanding of how companies work, including their most important risk and revenue factors. Through your regular feedback on client feedback, process improvements, or new offers from our competitors, you actively participate in the development of iwoca. The Most Important About You:
We are looking for people who are smart, down-to-earth, and motivated to constantly develop themselves. To be successful in this role, the following ideally applies to you: You enjoy communicating with clients and live "customer centricity". For you, achieving successes with our clients is the greatest motivation. You have a completed commercial education / business administration degree and can point to relevant professional experience in customer service (experience in the banking sector or a fintech is a plus). You are a true team player and can support the team in cross-departmental projects. You are highly motivated, organized, sales-oriented, and have a 'hands-on mentality'. You have excellent communication skills and excellent German language skills. You also have English language skills so that meetings in our international team are no problem for you. A self-reliant, team-oriented, and reliable way of working is a matter of course for you. You have the ability to "think outside the box" to make optimization suggestions for our products, systems, and processes. Your Benefits:
An exciting, multifaceted, and challenging work environment. Flat hierarchies, close coordination with our management and many opportunities for shaping and advancement. A clever, fun, and internationally diverse team - together we represent over 35 different nationalities. Company-wide training with internal and external speakers. Great offices in the hearts of London, Berlin, and Frankfurt. 26 vacation days per year, plus public holidays and an extra vacation day on your birthday. "Summer Houses" in southern Europe and "Winter Houses" in the Alps, where we spend a week with our closer teams. Well-stocked fridges for breakfast, lunch, or the little snack in between (both healthy and less healthy). Each iwocan is involved in the success of iwoca as part of an employee participation program. A 1-month paid sabbatical after 4 years with iwoca. After 7 years of service, we celebrate your iwocasaur anniversary and you receive 5 additional vacation days to your vacation package. Direct access to support from certified psychologists with our partner OpenUp. Time for volunteer work to support a charitable organization. Unlimited (unpaid) leave to travel or study. Offers for learning and further development, including a budget for books.
