The Regional Director - Sales is responsible for leading B2B sales growth and maximizing profitability across multiple locations/markets. This position is focused on achieving top and bottom-line financial goals, meeting, or exceeding budget and EBITDA. The role provides direct oversight and accountability for several assigned locations, including leading and managing several Managers to ensure strong operational effectiveness, consistency, and execution in a B2B sales environment. Driving increased sales and profitability while overseeing success at each location are the top priorities for this position. Key Responsibilities

Sales Leadership and Customer Engagement Deliver Results: Drive increased sales across assigned locations/markets to meet or exceed budget and profitability goals. Customer Centricity: Visit customers regularly with local leadership to understand their needs, provide solutions, and find opportunities to grow their business. Key Accounts: Lead the development of action plans to grow top customers and develop a pipeline of prospective customers. Sales Strategy: Establish and communicate clear sales goals, priorities, and performance metrics for each location. Operational and Financial Oversight Profitability & Performance Focus:

Analyze sales, margin and other data across assigned locations to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities. Set performance targets and hold leaders accountable for improving results and achieving budget. Operational Effectiveness & Compliance:

Provide direct oversight of location operations through local leadership to ensure consistent execution of company procedures, operational standards, and required processes across all assigned locations. Cost Control & Efficiency:

Drive operational discipline by ensuring locations operate efficiently, manage labor and controllable expenses appropriately, and align spending with budget expectations while supporting sales growth. Market Trends:

Stay updated on competitor strategies, industry trends, and customer behaviors to keep a competitive edge. Compliance:

Oversee adherence to company standards across locations. Leadership and Team Development Mentorship:

Inspire, coach, and develop local leaders to deliver outstanding results, addressing performance gaps, and creating high-performing teams. Hiring and Training:

Build a strong leadership pipeline by hiring, training, and developing leaders and their teams to meet sales and operational goals effectively. Performance Management:

Regularly evaluate team performance, provide actionable feedback, and implement plans to improve profitability and sales outcomes. Other Duties Perform other tasks assigned by senior leadership to support overall business goals. Qualifications

Skills and Abilities Superior financial acumen and ability to analyze data to drive decisions. Exceptional sales and negotiation skills, with a proven record of expanding market share. Strong leadership capabilities with a focus on motivating and developing teams. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence outcomes and build strong relationships. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and sales-related tools. Qualifications 7+ years experience leading teams in a B2B, multilocation environment Bachelor's degree in business, Finance or related field OR extensive experience and proven ability as a sales leader. Willingness to travel often within the region (25-50%).
