Assistant Director Of Recruitment
Manchester University is seeking an enthusiastic, mission-driven enrollment professional to become the Assistant Director of Recruitment. Guiding students from high school through graduate pathways in some of our most high-demand programs. In this dynamic role, you'll lead recruitment for dual credit, Early Assurance, nursing, and undergraduate-to-graduate transitions while collaborating with supportive faculty and enrollment partners to create seamless, intentional student experiences. What You'll Do: Lead recruitment for dual credit, Early Assurance, nursing, and undergraduate-to-graduate pathways. Build relationships with students, families, schools, and campus partners to strengthen enrollment pipelines. Coordinate recruitment events, school visits, application support, and communication workflows. Collaborate with academic departments to align recruitment strategies with program goals and capacities. Use Slate CRM to track outreach, manage pipelines, and analyze data to inform strategy. What You'll Need: Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred. Experience in admissions, enrollment, or related recruitment roles. Preferred experience with nursing, graduate, dual credit, or Early Assurance recruitment. Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
