Senior Estimator

We’re seeking a Senior Estimator to lead preconstruction efforts on high-rise condominium projects. This role is responsible for delivering accurate, competitive estimates from early design through GMP, while driving value and managing risk.

Key Responsibilities • Lead conceptual through GMP estimating for high-rise residential towers • Analyze drawings/specs; develop scopes, quantities, and pricing • Manage subcontractor bidding, leveling, and buyout support • Build cost models, benchmarks, and historical data • Identify value engineering opportunities • Partner with design, precon, and operations teams to align scope, schedule, and budget • Evaluate risk, contingencies, and escalation factors • Support client presentations and final pricing negotiations Qualifications • 7–12+ years estimating experience with a GC, including high-rise residential • Strong xywuqvp knowledge of concrete structures, MEP systems, and façade packages • Proficient in Bluebeam, OST, Excel, and preconstruction platforms (e.g., Procore, BuildingConnected) • Proven ability to manage multiple bids and deadlines in competitive markets • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
