Full-Time ABOUT US We are a growing modular manufacturing company specializing in volumetric residential and multi-family construction. Our plant delivers high-quality, efficiently built homes using advanced manufacturing processes. As demand accelerates, we are expanding our team and seeking a detail-oriented professional who thrives at the intersection of estimating, accounting, and operational support. POSITION OVERVIEW We are looking for a Construction Estimator
who will play a critical role in maintaining accurate product costing, supporting purchasing decisions, and strengthening our ERP-driven manufacturing workflow. This is not a siloed role - you will work directly with leadership, production, and procurement to help drive profitability and operational clarity. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES ·
Prepare detailed cost estimates for modular home production ·
Maintain and analyze product cost data, labor metrics, and material pricing ·
Populate and manage ERP system data for costing and purchasing workflows ·
Partner with the Purchasing Manager to support sourcing decisions and cost control ·
Identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements ·
Assist with variance analysis and reporting ·
Help standardize estimating procedures as the company scales IDEAL CANDIDATE ·
Experience in
modular manufacturing cost estimating , cost accounting, or similar role ·
Strong ERP experience (manufacturing environment preferred) ·
Advanced Excel skills; comfortable working with large datasets ·
Highly detail-oriented with strong financial and analytical thinking ·
Able to operate both strategically and tactically ·
