Kinseth Hospitality Companies - - Responsibilities: Greet, register, and assign rooms; issue keys; set wake-up calls in a warm and friendly manner; Ensure guest safety by following established security procedures including fire/tornado procedures, key security and guest privacy; Records and communicates hotel guest special requests and problems to appropriate department and ensures timely resolution; Accurately checks out guests and communicates departures with housekeeping; computes bill and processes payments per cash handling procedures; Maintains the front desk area and shift-to-shift log; answers internal and external calls using prescribed procedures
