Account Manager

An Account Manager serves as the primary point of contact for our Advisors, acting as a key liaison between advisors and custodians to support daily transactions and account maintenance. This role is centered on delivering exceptional service while fostering strong, positive relationships with advisors. Core responsibilities include processing advisor requests via email and phone communication, approving client deposits, establishing client accounts, processing cashiering items, and any account maintenance items. The Account Manager plays a critical role in strengthening advisor relationships, an essential component of our business success. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who can effectively prioritize tasks, manage multiple responsibilities, and perform well in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. Hours: 40 hours per week Salary: 50-70K Benefits: 4 weeks of PTO Paid holidays Health Insurance 401k with up to 4% matching Annual bonus Account Manager Duties: Advisor Relationships Provide administrative and operational support to advisors Build and maintain strong, positive advisor relationships Open and service client accounts Process paperwork and advisor requests accurately and in a timely manner Navigate internal systems effectively to gather and manage information Frontier Relationships Partner with Regional Sales Consultants to support existing relationships and onboard new Investment Advisors Communicate daily with the trading team to ensure requests are executed accurately and promptly Serve as a key liaison between advisors and the trading department Operational Support Provide backup receptionist support, including handling incoming calls Assist and provide coverage for other Account Managers as needed Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or business-related degree is preferred. The Account Manager needs to be detail-oriented, reliable, and have a client-first mindset.
